The Royal Cliff Garden Condominium consists mainly of four Towers which contain a total of 195 apartments. There are other buildings in addition as well as extensive and mature grounds that have been carefully planted and landscaped. The Condominium has its own beachfront in what is a unique and wonderful location. The Towers are over twenty stories high and offer excellent views from all sides. The top units in the Towers are penthouses which occupy two floors.They have in common that they are surrounded on all sides by balconies. Many units offer a unique double view, to the West the sea and islands, and to the East Pratumnak Hill and Pattaya Bay. Corner units on the North Side of the 4 towers are called L (left) units, and corner units on the South side are called R (right) units. The central units in Towers C and D are called C units.
Tower A: Each floor has 2 large units of 334 m2 with 4 bedrooms. They are excellent for families with children and those in need of a large area for entertaining guests. Units above floor 6 offer a view over Pratumnak hill on Pattaya Bay in addition to an uninterrupted view of the Ocean and the island of Koh Larn.
Tower B: Each floor has 2 units of 253 m2 with 3 bedrooms. R units above floor 10 offer a partial view of Pattaya Bay. All units offer an uninterrupted view of the Ocean and the island of Koh Larn.
Towers C and D: Each floor has 2 corner units of 192 m2 and 1 centre unit of 189 m2 . Central units have 3 bedrooms, corner units have 2 bedrooms and a study. Corner units above floor 9 offer a view of Pattaya Bay. All units offer an uninterrupted view of the Ocean and the island of Koh Larn.
